Shamrock will only invest where it has relevant added value to offer but does not limit it self to particular markets. Apart from structuring the transaction, restructuring, marketing concepts, upgrading management info systems, dealing with banks etc Shamrock could assist in areas as (international) buy and built or other growth strategies etc.

Main criteria for investments in businesses are: quality of management, growth potential, market and market position and exit potential. Shamrock will not invest in start-ups.

Our investments range from € 1 to € 5 million in equity. Shamrock can underwrite the capital requirements alone or could become a lead manager of a consortium. There is a co-investment agreement with NeSBIC, the venture capital activity of Fortis Bank.
